How to Log In
To log in to your Home Office Pro powered members area, go
to http://www.YOURTEAMDOMAIN.com/members or use the log in
link provided on the website.
Recovering a Lost
or Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the
link below the username and password fields that says
"Forgot Password?"
Example:
When you click this, your password will be
reset to a temporary one and will be emailed to the email
address we have on file for your account. If you do
not receive this email, you will need to
contact Technical Support.
Error Message:
"Your Session Has Ended"
If you receive this message when you log in or after you
have logged in and click on a section of your members area,
this means that your web browser is not keeping you logged
in to the members area. This is a browser or
Internet Provider issue and Home Office Pro Technical
Support can not correct it. You will need to try
the following:
- Make sure you are using the most up
to date versions of the following web browsers:
- Mozilla Firefox (2.0 or later)
- Internet Explorer (7.0)
- Macintosh Safari (Leopard or
later)
- Please note that the web browser
provided by AOL will not work due to security issues
with the AOL browser software.
- You may need to adjust the security
settings on your web browser or your firewall.
- If you are on a Wireless or Satellite
connection, you may need to contact your internet
service provider to adjust your Proxy Settings
