Share Events with Your Members
All of your organization's members will
be able to view the events scheduled on the Team Calendar. You
can set up each appointment with its own presenter,
location and category. Your members will be able to
view each category individually
so they can quickly find the
event they are looking for. The Team Calendar is great
for scheduling mentor training,
product training, three way
prospecting calls and grouped prospect presentations.
Your Members Can Share Events with their Prospects
When contacting their prospects, your members will be able to view the available events on the Team Calendar right from the Contact screen they are on. They will then be able to schedule an appointment with their prospect to attend that event. This is perfect for doing team prospecting, three-way calls, and mentor training.
