Paying for Your Account
When you set up your account with a Platinum Synergy service such as Home Office Pro or Response Magic, you will receive an email with information on your order. If you are unable to pay for your account at the time of creation, there will be instructions in the email for submiting your payment. If you are still not able to complete your payment, please contact our help desk by clicking here.
We accept the following methods of Payment:
- PayPal account
- Beanstream Direct Payment
Debit Cards, Check Cards or American Express are not accepted. If you need to pay by one of these methods,
please use PayPal to complete your order.
Changing Your Billing Information or Credit Card Number
All Home Office Pro accounts are set up using an Automatic Subscription Service, either Paypal or Beanstream.
Platinum Synergy Group does not keep your credit card or billing information on file. Home Office Pro technical
support will be unable to change your credit card information.
If you need to have your monthly Automatically Renewing subscription changed to a different credit card, we will need to cancel your current subscription. Please note that this will not shut down your Home Office Pro members area or interrupt your service. A payment request email can be sent to you so that you can set up a new Automatic Subscription with your new credit card info, or you can call our office directly.

Cancellation of your account

If you are paying for your account via a PayPal subscription, you will also need to log into your Paypal account
and cancel the subscription directly. For further instructions, please click here
